Ever since I was a kid I've had an interest in art. But, it wasn't until I became an adult that I began developing as a fiction writer. My reason for this is simple, I have a very active imagination where stories fluently tell themselves to me. In fact, when others asked me if I've ever been addicted to anything I respond, "Yes, my imagination!"

 

As a result of having such a potent inner life I have developed in various mediums of artistic expression that range from sketching and painting to 3D graphics and video game design.

 

It's through writing, however, that the stories in my head are given their full expression.

 

I've always had a love of dark aesthetic; the strangely beautiful is more captivating, more attractive to me than the objectively beautiful. This translates into my stories, making the Gothic horror genre my indigenous genre. But, I'm a fan of other genres as well; they also factor into my stories to a lesser extent.
